Ingredients: Tea bags, mint, lemon
Doing:
Step 1: Boil some mint and sugar in a Dreamer kettle
Step 2: Soak tea bags in warm water for about 5-7 minutes
Step 3:
- Strain the mint juice and put it in a teacup.
- Add lemon for extra flavor and enjoy.
Note:
Peppermint tea should not be used too much or used for young children, pregnant women and patients with diabetes, high blood pressure.
